We had double room with a shared bathroom. Some excellent tea, a hair dryer, and an iron were great. Thanks to an excellent service we had a really comfortable stay.

The property has a comfortable and ideal location, short walk to the communal areas, various restaurants, takaways and bars, and both the town centre and university. Also, it's located 3 miles from a huge 

Very comfy bed, large bathroom and some excellent tea and an iron in the room. Satisfactory full English breakfast with croissants, toast, breads, cereals, and fruit. Central location of the hotel, very welcoming and exceptional staff on the reception desk. 

This place has helpful and attentive staff, delicious food for both dinner and breakfast, and offers a convenient and comfortable location near the station.

We got an a double room which was charming little. In general the staff were hospitable and caring.

Had a very good stay for a short visit. The location was incredibly comfortable and handy, making it convenient to go everywhere.- The downstairs bar was available on the premises and added to the experience.- The stay certainly was great 

The rooms here are affordable and spacious, equipped with smoke detectors to ensure safety, and the location is central and convenient.

The hotel is bright, spotlessly clean with friendly and attentive personnel at the reception desk. It is located conveniently next to Arctic Corsair, various restaurants, takeaways, bars, Hull's center, and the Bonus Arena. 

My room was great value and tastefully decorated thanks to the helpful staff. The full English breakfast was good!- The hotel was in a handy location, close to the town centre.

Stellar location near the Bonus Arena for a concert 🎶. The staff, including the owner, were friendly and competent. The room seemed fresh with a modern bathroom, making it a great deal for the price. 

Central location makes it easy to come back, great value place with friendly reception staff and delicious Chinese cuisine in the restaurant.

a great selection of food for breakfast including croissants, toast, slices of fresh bread, cereal, and fruit. ideal location adjacent to the pubs in-and-around the area, and university and avenues, and good breakfast. 

The service was exceptional and we appreciated it, we parked onsite, and the location was comfortable and handy, near to the bus station.

The hotel was lovely welcoming and excellent little with ATTENTIVE employees on the reception desk.

Lovely ensuite shower, clean room, good glazing, secure car parking, well-stocked bar, good continental breakfast.

Could not be improved in any way.
